These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliwinplay ("jiliwinplay," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jiliwinplay.club (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jiliwinplay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

To register and maintain an account on jiliwinplay, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jiliwinplay or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by jiliwinplay or any regulatory authority.
• Online gaming is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. jiliwinplay reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jiliwinplay may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on jiliwinplay. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jiliwinplay will close all but the original account and may forfeit any balances held in the duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that no third party accesses your account or places wagers on your behalf.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying jiliwinplay immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jiliwinplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Account sharing is prohibited; your account is personal to you and may not be transferred to or used by any other person.

All financial transactions on jiliwinplay are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiliwinplay supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jiliwinplay reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name and to suspend the account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit, where technically feasible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
• jiliwinplay reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

jiliwinplay may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.
• jiliwinplay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the account suspended.
• jiliwinplay reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms.

All games available on jiliwinplay are governed by the specific rules published for each game within the Platform. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jiliwinplay's servers, the server-side record shall be conclusive.

jiliwinplay uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as announced by the dealer and published on the Platform.

jiliwinplay reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account. jiliwinplay shall not be liable for any loss of winnings arising from a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiliwinplay and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected bug must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiliwinplay staff or other players through any communication channel.

jiliwinplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. We provide the following tools, all accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jiliwinplay.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliwinplay, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

jiliwinplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliwinplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliwinplay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiliwinplay makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform or its content.

jiliwinplay collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jiliwinplay complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

jiliwinplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Reasonable suspicion that your account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorized third party.

Upon termination for cause, jiliwinplay reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, any real-money balances in your account. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jiliwinplay customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

jiliwinplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jiliwinplay will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
