3.1 Identity & Contact Data

• Full legal name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Philippine mobile number
• Email address
• Residential address (province, city/municipality)
• Government-issued identification number (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence) — collected during KYC verification

3.2 Financial Data

• GCash or PayMaya account number (mobile number) registered in your name
• Philippine bank account details (bank name, account number) used for deposits or withdrawals
• Transaction history, including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and dates
• Debit card details (card type and last four digits only; full card numbers are never stored by jiliwinplay)

3.3 Technical & Usage Data

• IP address and approximate geolocation derived from IP
• Device type, operating system, and browser type and version
• Session duration, pages visited, and features used on the Platform
• Login timestamps and access logs
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 11)

3.4 Communications Data

• Records of correspondence with jiliwinplay customer support, including live chat transcripts and email exchanges

• Legal and regulatory compliance: To comply with applicable Philippine laws, PAGCOR regulations, NPC requirements, and court orders.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, jiliwinplay processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Consent: Where you have given clear, informed, and freely given consent to the processing of your personal data for a specific purpose, such as receiving marketing communications.
• Contractual necessity: Where processing is necessary to perform our contract with you — specifically, to operate your player account, process transactions, and deliver gaming services.
• Legal obligation: Where processing is required to comply with a legal obligation under Philippine law, including PAGCOR licensing conditions, AMLA reporting requirements, and NPC regulations.

jiliwinplay does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Payment service providers: GCash, PayMaya, and Philippine banking partners, solely to process your deposits and withdrawals.
• Identity verification providers: Accredited KYC and anti-fraud service providers engaged to verify your identity and age in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.
• Game content providers: Third-party game studios whose games are available on the Platform may receive anonymised or pseudonymised gameplay data for the purpose of game performance monitoring. They do not receive your identity or financial data.
• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the NPC, and other competent Philippine authorities, where required by law or regulatory obligation.
• Professional advisers: Lawyers, auditors, and accountants engaged by jiliwinplay, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.
• IT and cloud service providers: Technology partners who host and maintain the Platform's infrastructure, subject to contractual data processing agreements that require them to protect your data in accordance with the DPA.

All third parties with whom jiliwinplay shares personal data are required to handle that data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws and jiliwinplay's data protection standards.

Where jiliwinplay transfers your personal data to recipients located outside the Philippines, we ensure that such transfers are carried out in compliance with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the NPC's rules on cross-border data transfers. This includes ensuring that the recipient country provides an adequate level of data protection, or that appropriate contractual safeguards (such as NPC-approved standard contractual clauses) are in place.

jiliwinplay will not transfer your personal data to a foreign jurisdiction unless the transfer is necessary for the performance of our contract with you, required by law, or subject to your explicit consent.

jiliwinplay retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR licensing conditions and AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
• Marketing preferences: Retained until you withdraw your consent or opt out of marketing communications.
• Technical and usage logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, unless required for longer periods for security investigations.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymised in accordance with jiliwinplay's data disposal procedures.

The jiliwinplay Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. jiliwinplay does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the account registration and KYC process.

If jiliwinplay becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, void any associated transactions, and delete the personal data in question. jiliwinplay reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or PAGCOR and NPC requirements. The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page.

Where changes are material, jiliwinplay will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via email. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
